HostAI Data Processing Agreement (draft for counsel review).

The agency is the controller of guest personal data; HostAI is its processor. HostAI processes guest names, emails, chat transcripts and stay details only to provide the service to that agency, keeps each agency's data separate, uses sub-processors listed in the privacy notice (hosting, database, email delivery, AI model provider), and deletes or exports a guest's data on the agency's request.
